BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics from PUC-MG (2002), DSc in Aeronautical Engineering from USP at São Carlos (with a period at University of Stuttgart, 2007), and post-doc in Aerodynamics from University of Stuttgart (2011).
Currently an assistant professor at PUC-Rio and researcher at LEF, developing projects in fluid mechanics, focusing on boundary layer flows, hidrodynamic instabilities, wind tunnel instrumentation, signal processing and pulsing flows.
