BSc in Mechanical Engineering from PUC-Rio (1978), MSc in Mechanical Engineering from PUC-Rio (1981), DSc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Minnesota (1985).
Currently an associate professor at PUC-Rio, working with experimental fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Develops fundamental and applied studies concerning turbulent flows in ducts, flow assurance, two-phase flow, and optical methods for flow measurement.
